Into to Inversions

Come and explore some exercises, drills and tips that will help you to get upside down with confidence in a supportive and friendly workshop.

Whether you are a complete beginner, or you are playing with crow & headstand and want to build confidence to try new shapes or transitions.

Often, in our yoga classes, the pace moves on too quickly to breakdown these inversions and then allow time to practice. In a workshop you will have the time to do just that.

The session will be informal and fun, an opportinty to try new things.

As a yoga teacher I am far from expert, but I have learnt myself through practice after decades since childhood! This enables me to understand the fear I used to have (and definitely still have with many inversions) to teach with empathy and kindness.
